1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the aloome website and enrolment in any aloome course or coaching programme, delivered by aloome, Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London N1 0QH, United Kingdom. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
2. Our courses and coaching
aloome provides business management courses, one-to-one career coaching, decision-making workshops and workplace confidence coaching. Course content, format and tutor availability may vary between cohorts and are subject to reasonable change to maintain quality.
3. Enrolment and payment
Courses and coaching are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrolment. Annual billing is offered at a 30% discount against the monthly rate. Fees are payable in advance of each billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Seven-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your course within the first seven days of enrolment, contact us at info@aloome.info to discuss your options, which may include a refund, subject to the conditions set out in this section and applicable consumer protection law.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
aloome provides courses, coaching and structured development support. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases or income as a result of participating in our courses. Results depend on individual effort, role and organisational context.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your enrolment at the end of any billing period by notifying us in writing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied thereafter.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum content and resources provided as part of an aloome course remain the intellectual property of aloome and are licensed to you for personal use during your enrolment only. Materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, aloome shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
